Trademark Usage Guidelines
These guidelines explain how MohuLS names, logos, product marks, and other brand identifiers may and may not be used.
Updated April 7, 2026
Purpose of these guidelines
MohuLS trademarks identify our company, our products, and the trust built around them. These guidelines are designed to protect that clarity.
MohuLS names, logos, product marks, slogans, and related visual identifiers are valuable brand assets. Their use should avoid confusion, dilution, or implied endorsement where none exists.
These guidelines apply to customers, partners, agencies, media outlets, marketplace publishers, developers, and any other party referencing MohuLS marks in public materials.
What counts as a MohuLS mark
Our brand assets include more than the main company logo.
- The MohuLS company name and wordmarks
- The MohuLS logo mark and logo lockups
- Product names, product logos, and platform identifiers
- Campaign names, taglines, and branded visual treatments introduced by MohuLS
Permitted nominative use
You may use MohuLS marks in a limited descriptive way when it is necessary to identify MohuLS or discuss compatibility, provided the use is accurate and non-misleading.
- Saying your product integrates with MohuLS if that statement is factually accurate
- Referring to MohuLS in editorial writing, case studies, research, or news coverage
- Using plain-text references to MohuLS product names when comparing software or documenting implementation work
Important restriction
Permitted descriptive use does not give you permission to use MohuLS logos, stylized marks, or marketing assets in a way that implies endorsement, sponsorship, partnership status, or official certification unless MohuLS has approved it.
Uses that are not allowed
To keep the brand clear, certain uses are prohibited unless MohuLS gives written approval.
- Using MohuLS logos in your own product branding, app icon, company header, or marketing materials in a way that suggests your business is MohuLS or officially operated by MohuLS
- Editing, stretching, recoloring, distorting, animating, or rebuilding MohuLS logos without approved brand guidance
- Placing MohuLS marks more prominently than your own brand in partner, reseller, or integration materials
- Registering or using confusingly similar domain names, social handles, trade names, or product names
- Using MohuLS branding in connection with unlawful, misleading, defamatory, or harmful content
Logo handling rules
When MohuLS approves logo usage, the logo should still be displayed with care and consistency.
Use official source files provided by MohuLS. Do not redraw, crop, rotate, or alter the proportions of the logo.
Do not crowd the logo with nearby marks, text, or decorative elements. Leave enough space around it so it remains distinct and legible.
Choose versions of the logo that preserve legibility and brand consistency on light or dark backgrounds. Avoid low-contrast placements.
Do not combine MohuLS branding with your own logo or campaign line in a composite mark unless MohuLS has approved the specific layout.
Domains, app names, and social handles
Brand confusion often starts with names, not just logos.
You may not register or use a domain name, app title, package name, social media handle, or other identifier that is identical to or confusingly similar to MohuLS marks.
Names such as “mohuls-support”, “mohuls-official”, or any variation that implies official MohuLS ownership, endorsement, or certification are not permitted without written authorization.
Permission requests and reporting misuse
Some uses may be allowed if MohuLS reviews them in advance.
If you want to use MohuLS marks in event materials, advertising, customer stories, partner pages, comparison guides, integration listings, or promotional campaigns, contact MohuLS before publishing.
If you discover a misleading or infringing use of MohuLS branding, you may report it to contact@mohuls.com with relevant screenshots, URLs, and context.
