Account privacy

Delete your BuildFlow account and associated data.

You can start a permanent deletion request directly inside the BuildFlow app or contact Mohuls when you no longer have access to it.

Request inside the app

Open BuildFlow, go to Settings, choose Privacy and safety, then Delete account. Type DELETE to confirm.

Request without the app

Email legal@mohuls.com from your account email with the subject BuildFlow account deletion request.

Identity and deletion review

We may verify ownership to protect your account. Valid requests are completed within 30 days unless law requires a longer period.

What happens next

A controlled, traceable deletion process

Account profile, app preferences, device registrations, and personal content are deleted or anonymized.
A pending request may be cancelled before processing begins by contacting support from the verified account email.
Invoices, tax, payment, security, fraud-prevention, and active contractual or legal records may be retained only for the required period.

Mohuls account profile and BuildFlow-specific preferences
Active sessions, saved device registrations, and push-notification tokens
Personal Team Space content and uploads where deletion does not affect another authorized participant’s required record
Personal identifiers in eligible activity, project, and workspace records, which may be anonymized when the underlying business record must remain

Limited retention

Information that may need to remain

Invoices, transaction references, tax records, and other information required for accounting or regulatory compliance
Security, fraud-prevention, moderation, dispute, and legal evidence for only as long as reasonably necessary
Organization-controlled project records that must remain available to other authorized participants or under the customer agreement
Deleted information in access-restricted backups until the applicable backup is overwritten through the ordinary backup cycle

Before you submit

Account deletion is permanent after processing begins and may remove access to every Mohuls service connected to the same account. Download information you need, resolve ownership of active work, and cancel applicable subscriptions first. If additional action is required for an active contract or subscription, Mohuls support will explain it without preventing you from opening a deletion request.
