These terms explain how MohuLS websites, software products, paid subscriptions, and service engagements may be accessed and used.

Acceptance and scope
These terms apply to the MohuLS marketing website, product websites, hosted applications, and commercial interactions tied to MohuLS subscriptions or service engagements.
By accessing a MohuLS website, creating an account, requesting a proposal, or using a hosted MohuLS product, you agree to these Terms of Service and any service-specific documents that apply to your order.
If you are using MohuLS on behalf of a company or other legal entity, you represent that you have authority to bind that entity to these terms.
These terms are intended to cover:
- Website browsing, product evaluation, and marketing interactions
- Trial accounts, paid accounts, and subscription renewals
- Implementation, support, or consulting services agreed with MohuLS
Accounts, access, and user responsibilities
You are responsible for how your workspace is configured and how your users access it.
You must provide accurate registration details and keep account credentials reasonably secure. You are responsible for activity occurring under your account unless the activity resulted directly from a MohuLS security failure.
Workspace owners are responsible for assigning roles, removing access for former personnel, and ensuring their users comply with these terms and any internal usage rules.
- Do not share credentials in a way that undermines accountability
- Promptly notify MohuLS if you suspect unauthorized access
- Use the service only for lawful business or organizational purposes
Orders, billing, and renewals
Commercial terms may vary by plan, but the expectations below apply unless a signed agreement says otherwise.

Commercial note
Professional services, onboarding work, or custom development may be governed by a proposal, statement of work, or separate order form in addition to these terms.
Acceptable use
MohuLS is designed for legitimate business activity, not abuse, interference, or unlawful distribution.
- You may not use MohuLS to store, transmit, or publish unlawful, fraudulent, defamatory, abusive, or infringing content.
- You may not attempt to probe, reverse engineer, disable, or disrupt the security or performance of the service except where allowed by law and only after notifying MohuLS where appropriate.
- You may not use the service to send spam, run deceptive campaigns, or impersonate another person or organization.
- You may not resell or repackage MohuLS access unless a written reseller, partner, or distribution agreement allows it.
Licenses and intellectual property
MohuLS retains ownership of the service, while customers retain ownership of their own data and materials.
MohuLS grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to access and use the subscribed service during the applicable term for your internal business purposes.
Except for the limited rights expressly granted in these terms, MohuLS and its licensors reserve all rights, title, and interest in the software, platform architecture, branding, documentation, and service materials.
- You keep ownership of your customer data, files, and content uploaded into the service
- You authorize MohuLS to process that data only as needed to provide, secure, support, and improve the service as described in the Privacy Policy
- Feedback you provide may be used by MohuLS without restriction, but we will not identify confidential customer information as product marketing material without permission
Third-party services, beta features, and service changes
MohuLS evolves over time and may depend on infrastructure or integrations outside our direct control.
Some MohuLS features may connect with third-party services or payment providers. Your use of those services may also be subject to the terms and privacy practices of the relevant provider.
Preview, beta, or early access features may be offered without the same availability commitments as generally released features and may be modified, limited, or withdrawn.
MohuLS may improve, adjust, or retire features where reasonably necessary to maintain security, reliability, regulatory compliance, or product direction.
Disclaimers and limitation of liability
We work to provide a dependable service, but every hosted product has practical limits that should be clear in writing.
Except to the extent prohibited by law or expressly stated in a signed agreement, MohuLS provides the websites and services on an as-available and as-provided basis. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or suitable for every workflow configuration.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, MohuLS will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or business opportunity arising from your use of the service.
Where liability cannot be excluded, MohuLS total liability for claims arising out of or related to the service will be limited to the amount paid by you to MohuLS for the relevant service during the twelve months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
Suspension, termination, and updates to these terms
These terms remain in effect until your access or commercial relationship with MohuLS ends.
MohuLS may suspend or terminate access where necessary to address material breach, unlawful activity, repeated abuse, security risk, or prolonged non-payment, subject to any notice commitments in your signed agreement.
You may stop using the service and may cancel renewals according to your order terms. Data export or handoff timing may depend on your plan, implementation scope, and retention obligations.
MohuLS may update these terms from time to time. If a change materially affects your rights or obligations, we will post the revised version on this site and may provide additional notice where appropriate.
