What this process covers
This page explains how to notify MohuLS when you believe content, materials, or activity on a MohuLS property infringes your copyright or other intellectual property rights.
You may use this process only if you are the rights owner or are authorized to act on the rights owner’s behalf. Incomplete or inaccurate reports may delay our response.
This process is intended for copyright and intellectual property complaints. General support requests, subscription disputes, and product questions should be sent through our contact channels instead.
Information required in a complaint
A complaint should give MohuLS enough information to identify the rights at issue and the material being reported.
- Your name, organization (if applicable), mailing address, email address, and telephone number
- A description of the copyrighted work, trademark, or other intellectual property you believe has been infringed
- A description of the allegedly infringing material and where it appears, including the relevant URL or screen location if available
- A statement that you believe in good faith that the disputed use is not authorized by the rights owner, its agent, or the law
- A statement that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are authorized to act on behalf of the rights owner, where applicable
- Your electronic or physical signature
Submit a notice
Use the form below to prepare a structured notice. The form opens a prefilled email to MohuLS so you can review the details before sending.
Designated contact
Formal notices may also be sent to contact@mohuls.com with the subject line “IPR Complaint” or “Copyright Notice.”
What happens after a complaint is received
MohuLS reviews reports in good faith and may request more information if the notice is incomplete or unclear.
If MohuLS determines that a complaint appears credible, we may remove or restrict access to the relevant content while we investigate, contact the relevant account holder, or take other steps we consider reasonably appropriate.
MohuLS may reject notices that lack sufficient detail, appear abusive, or concern matters outside the scope of intellectual property law.
Counter-notices
If your content was removed in response to a complaint and you believe that removal was mistaken or based on misidentification, you may send a counter-notice.
- Your name, address, email address, and telephone number
- Identification of the removed material and where it appeared before removal
- A statement made in good faith that you believe the material was removed or disabled due to mistake or misidentification
- A statement that you consent to the relevant legal jurisdiction where required by applicable law
- Your physical or electronic signature
If a counter-notice appears valid, MohuLS may forward it to the complaining party and may restore the material where appropriate unless legal escalation or other risk factors require a different response.
Bad-faith notices and repeat infringement
Accuracy matters. False or reckless reports can create legal and operational consequences.
If you knowingly misrepresent that content is infringing, you may be responsible for resulting damages under applicable law.
MohuLS may suspend or terminate accounts that repeatedly infringe the intellectual property rights of others or repeatedly abuse the complaint process.
