These terms explain the rules for using ReachFlow’s organization workspaces, AI tools, subscriptions, credits, publishing automation, inbox features, custom API destinations and connected social accounts.

The agreement

What you are agreeing to

These ReachFlow Terms of Service govern access to and use of the ReachFlow websites, hosted application, APIs, AI functions, publishing connections, support and paid features provided by Mohuls Soft Limited.

Acceptance

By creating an account, connecting a provider, buying a plan or credit package, inviting users, publishing content or otherwise using ReachFlow, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not access or use ReachFlow.

Documents that also apply

The ReachFlow Privacy Policy, applicable refund policy, plan description, checkout confirmation and any signed order or data-processing agreement form part of your relationship with Mohuls.

Order of priority

A signed agreement or order form controls a direct conflict for the services it covers. These product terms then apply, followed by the general Mohuls terms. Provider terms separately control your use of each connected platform.

Business and consumer rights

These terms do not exclude rights that cannot lawfully be waived. Mandatory consumer, privacy or payment protections in your jurisdiction continue to apply where they override a contractual provision.

Who may use ReachFlow

Eligibility, authority and age

ReachFlow acts on connected accounts and may publish publicly. The person configuring it must have the legal capacity and organizational authority to do so.

  • You must be at least 18 years old or the age of legal majority where you live, and able to form a binding contract.
  • If you act for a company, agency, client or other organization, you represent that you are authorized to bind it and manage the accounts and content you connect.
  • An agency or contractor must maintain its client’s permission and must stop using the client’s content and connected accounts when that authority ends.
  • You may not use ReachFlow if applicable sanctions, export controls or provider restrictions prohibit your access.

Access and administration

Accounts, credentials and workspaces

Your account and organization configuration determine who can create content, spend credits and publish through connected profiles. Keep that authority accurate.

Accurate registration

Provide accurate account, country and billing information. Keep your email address, mobile number, profile and recovery details current so important service and security notices reach you.

Credential security

Protect passwords, verification codes, sessions and devices. Do not share one login among unrelated people or allow credentials to be used in a way that defeats accountability.

Workspace responsibility

The owner is responsible for workspace activity, configured platforms, invited or authorized users, plan limits and removing access when a person’s role or engagement ends.

OAuth and destinations

Connected accounts and custom APIs

Connecting a social profile or custom destination authorizes ReachFlow to perform the actions you configure. You remain responsible for the connection, its permissions and the destination.

  • Connect only an account, Page, channel, board, company or subreddit identity that you own or are expressly authorized to manage.
  • Use the provider’s authorization screen to review requested permissions. Never give Mohuls the password for a connected social account.
  • Keep provider roles, administrator authority, consent and business verification current throughout the connection.
  • Reconnect when a token expires or permissions change, and disconnect promptly when ReachFlow should no longer act for the account.
  • Revoking ReachFlow may require both disconnecting inside ReachFlow and removing access through the provider’s security or application settings.

Custom API destinations

You must control or be authorized to use the configured HTTPS endpoint and credentials. You are responsible for its security, uptime, data handling and responses. ReachFlow may test it using a dry-run payload, rejects private or local network targets in production, does not follow redirects and treats a valid 2xx response as acceptance by your destination.

Human responsibility

Publishing, automation and AI

ReachFlow helps prepare and transmit content, but the customer remains the publisher and final decision-maker. Automation does not transfer legal or editorial responsibility to Mohuls.

Scheduled and immediate publishing

When you enable API publishing, auto-posting or “publish now,” you instruct ReachFlow to send the selected content and settings to the destination. Confirm the target account, time zone, schedule, visibility, audience, disclosures, links and media before enabling the action.

Provider processing

A successful API response means the provider accepted the request; it does not guarantee permanent publication, reach, approval, monetization or immunity from later moderation. Provider processing and review may continue after ReachFlow reports success.

AI-generated material

AI text, images, summaries and recommendations may be inaccurate, incomplete, biased, repetitive, unsuitable or similar to other material. Review facts, claims, spelling, brand rules, disclosures and third-party rights before use. AI output is not professional advice.

Messages, comments and replies

Use inbox and engagement tools only for authorized conversations. Maintain appropriate human oversight, respect opt-outs, protect confidential messages and do not use automated replies for spam, harassment or deceptive contact.

Ownership and licenses

Your content and our technology

You retain rights in content you provide. Mohuls retains rights in ReachFlow. Limited licenses allow the service to process content and deliver the functions you request.

Customer content

  • As between you and Mohuls, you retain ownership of your prompts, copy, media, brand assets, knowledge sources and other material you submit.
  • You grant Mohuls and its subprocessors a worldwide, non-exclusive license during the service relationship to host, copy, format, transmit, display and otherwise process that material only as reasonably needed to operate, secure, support and improve ReachFlow as described in the Privacy Policy.
  • You represent that you have all rights, permissions, notices and lawful bases needed for the content, personal data and connected-account activity you direct.

ReachFlow and output

  • Mohuls and its licensors own ReachFlow software, interfaces, workflows, documentation, models, branding and service-generated operational data, excluding customer content.
  • Subject to these terms and payment of applicable fees, Mohuls grants you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use ReachFlow for your internal or authorized client work during the applicable term.
  • To the extent Mohuls has rights in AI output generated specifically for you, Mohuls permits you to use that output, but does not promise that it is unique, protectable or free of third-party claims.

If you voluntarily provide product feedback or suggestions, Mohuls may use them without restriction or payment, provided we do not publicly identify your confidential customer material as an endorsement without permission.

Safety and integrity

Acceptable use rules

You may use ReachFlow for lawful content and communication. You may not use it to harm people, providers, infrastructure or the integrity of online platforms.

Prohibited activity

  1. 01Illegal, fraudulent, deceptive, defamatory, threatening, hateful, exploitative or harassing activity, or content that unlawfully discriminates against a person or group.
  2. 02Child sexual abuse material, grooming, trafficking, non-consensual intimate material, credible threats, instructions for serious wrongdoing or content that endangers a child.
  3. 03Spam, fake engagement, coordinated inauthentic behavior, undisclosed bots, platform manipulation, misleading impersonation or evasion of platform enforcement.
  4. 04Publishing material you do not have the right, license, consent or lawful basis to use, including copyrighted works, trademarks, personal data, voice, image, likeness or confidential information.
  5. 05Malware, credential theft, phishing, unauthorized tracking, destructive code, deceptive links or use of a custom endpoint to access private, local, reserved or otherwise unauthorized systems.
  6. 06Scraping, reverse engineering, probing, load testing, bypassing authentication, rate limits, quotas, billing controls or security features except where applicable law expressly permits it.
  7. 07Selling, sublicensing, sharing or exposing ReachFlow access, provider API data or connected-account credentials except through an authorized plan or written agreement.
  8. 08Using AI output as medical, legal, financial, employment, credit, housing, insurance or other high-impact professional advice or automated decision-making without qualified human review and a lawful process.

Mohuls may investigate suspected misuse, preserve relevant records, restrict publishing or cooperate with providers, regulators and law enforcement where reasonably necessary and legally permitted. Enforcement may occur without prior notice when delay would create material harm.

Commercial terms

Plans, payments and AI credits

ReachFlow offers plan-based access and metered AI features. The checkout, invoice and billing screen provide the commercial details for your purchase.

Plans and limitsThe plan shown at checkout controls the billing period, organization and platform limits, storage allowance, included AI credits and enabled features. Limits may be enforced automatically.
Local and international checkoutBangladesh-market payments may be offered in BDT through configured local gateways such as bKash or PayStation. International checkout may be offered in USD through Paddle. The available method is determined by the checkout and billing market shown to you.
Recurring chargesA subscription renews automatically only when the checkout, order confirmation or payment provider identifies it as recurring. Otherwise, continued service may require a new payment. Cancel before the renewal cut-off shown by the provider to avoid the next charge.
Taxes and conversionPrices may exclude applicable tax, withholding, duties, bank charges or foreign-exchange costs. Your bank or payment provider may use a different conversion rate or add its own fee.
Payment failureA failed, reversed, disputed or overdue payment may leave a subscription pending, mark it payment-failed, limit paid functionality or lead to suspension. Access resumes only after payment is successfully confirmed where supported.
Price changesWe may change plan prices, allowances or credit rates prospectively. For a recurring subscription, material price changes will be communicated through the product, checkout provider or another reasonable channel before they apply where required.

AI and publishing credits

Credits are internal service units, not money, stored value or cryptocurrency. They have no cash value, cannot be transferred or resold and may be reserved when a metered job starts. The final charge may reflect the provider, model, token use, image generation or publishing action. Plan credits normally expire with the associated plan period; purchased or promotional credits follow the expiry and conditions shown at purchase or grant.

Cancellation and refunds

Cancellation stops future renewal where supported; it does not automatically reverse the current charge. Consumed credits, completed AI work and third-party costs are generally non-refundable except for verified billing error, an approved request under the applicable refund policy, or rights required by law.

Provider agreements

Rules for every connected platform

Provider terms apply in addition to this agreement. You must follow the latest provider rules even if ReachFlow’s interface technically allows an action or has not yet reflected a recent policy change.

Facebook and Instagram

Meta Platform Terms and the rules, community standards and commercial-content requirements applicable to the connected Facebook Page or Instagram professional account.

Provider terms
  • Connect only Pages and professional accounts that you are authorized to administer, and keep Page roles and business permissions current.
  • Do not use scheduling, comments or messaging tools for spam, deceptive engagement, unauthorized surveillance or prohibited commercial activity.
  • Apply sponsorship, branded-content and other required disclosures before ReachFlow sends the post to Meta.

Threads

Meta Platform Terms and the Threads Terms, Supplemental Privacy Policy, community rules and technical publishing requirements.

Provider terms
  • Authorize the correct Threads profile and review text, links, polls, topics and media before publication.
  • Do not automate repetitive, misleading or abusive posts, replies or engagement.
  • Respect media rights, community rules and any limits or feature restrictions returned by the Threads API.

Provider terms
  • Give express and informed approval for posts, replies and Direct Messages sent through ReachFlow and show users what will be published.
  • Do not create spam, platform manipulation, bulk aggressive activity, deceptive automation or substantially duplicate posts across accounts.
  • Protect Direct Messages and other non-public information and promptly honor opt-outs and provider-side deletion or restriction requests.

TikTok

TikTok Terms of Service, Community Guidelines, Developer Terms, Direct Post and Content Sharing Guidelines, and music and commercial-content rules.

Provider terms
  • Confirm the selected privacy level and interaction settings and make a deliberate publish decision for each photo or video post.
  • Use only media, music and promotional material you are entitled to publish; complete commercial-content and AI-generated-content disclosures when required.
  • Do not use ReachFlow to bypass audit restrictions, visibility limits, rate limits or any TikTok review requirement.

Pinterest

Pinterest Terms, Community Guidelines, Developer and API Terms and Developer Guidelines.

Provider terms
  • Select boards and sections you are authorized to use and ensure Pin destinations, product data and media are accurate and lawful.
  • Do not mislead, surprise or confuse people about the purpose or destination of published Pins.
  • Provide AI, commercial or product disclosures required by Pinterest and do not use the integration to manipulate engagement.

LinkedIn

LinkedIn User Agreement, Professional Community Policies, API Terms and the additional terms governing member or organization publishing.

Provider terms
  • Use member publishing only for the connected member and company publishing only where the connected member holds the required organization role.
  • Do not scrape LinkedIn, commingle unauthorized LinkedIn data, misrepresent professional identity or use publishing in a way that harms members.
  • Comply with LinkedIn content, call-volume, marketing and professional-community restrictions even when ReachFlow technically permits an action.

Provider terms
  • By using ReachFlow’s YouTube integration, you also agree to be bound by the YouTube Terms of Service linked above.
  • Before upload, certify that the video, thumbnail, title, description and metadata comply with YouTube rules and do not violate copyright or privacy rights.
  • Choose accurate visibility, made-for-kids and synthetic-content settings, and use comments or replies without harassment, spam or manipulation.

Reddit

Reddit User Agreement, Content Policy, Data API Terms and the individual rules and moderator requirements of each target subreddit.

Provider terms
  • Post only to communities where the account is permitted to participate and check the current subreddit rules before each submission.
  • Do not spam, evade bans or moderator controls, manipulate votes, impersonate people or automate prohibited promotional activity.
  • Keep titles, links, text and media accurate and respect removals, account restrictions and API limits returned by Reddit.

Operations

Availability, limits and service changes

ReachFlow is continuously developed and depends on networks, AI vendors, storage, payment gateways and provider APIs. Availability and feature behavior can therefore change.

No uninterrupted-service promise

Unless a signed agreement includes a service level, ReachFlow is provided on an available basis. Maintenance, incidents, provider outages, internet failures, queue load, rate limits or force-majeure events may interrupt or delay service.

Technical and plan limits

Mohuls may enforce fair-use, storage, organization, platform, file-size, concurrency, API, model, publishing and security limits. Attempts to evade limits may be blocked or billed under the applicable plan.

Beta and preview features

Experimental, beta or preview features may be incomplete, changed or withdrawn without the commitments that apply to generally available features. Do not rely on them for critical production activity without an independent backup process.

Product evolution

Mohuls may add, change or retire features for security, reliability, provider compliance, law, cost or product direction. Where practical, we will provide reasonable notice before materially discontinuing a paid core feature.

Shared responsibility

Security and confidentiality

Mohuls applies safeguards to ReachFlow, while customers control users, devices, connected accounts, content and destinations. Security depends on both sides.

  • Use strong unique passwords, secure devices and available multi-factor or provider security controls.
  • Limit access to people with a legitimate need and review connected accounts, sessions and workspace authority regularly.
  • Do not place passwords, access tokens, payment credentials or unnecessary sensitive personal data into prompts, captions, knowledge sources or support messages.
  • Secure custom API endpoints and rotate credentials when staff, vendors or systems change.
  • Maintain independent copies of critical source content and records; ReachFlow is not an archival or disaster-recovery service unless a signed agreement says so.

Confidential information

Each party will use reasonable care to protect non-public information received from the other and use it only for the service relationship. This does not cover information that is public without breach, already lawfully known, independently developed or lawfully received from another source.

Security reports

Report suspected vulnerabilities privately to contact@mohuls.com. Do not access other users’ data, disrupt production or publicly disclose a vulnerability before Mohuls has a reasonable opportunity to investigate.

Ending access

Suspension, cancellation and termination

You may stop using ReachFlow. Mohuls may restrict or end access when necessary to protect users, providers, the service or legal compliance.

Customer cancellation

Cancel recurring billing through the available billing or payment-provider controls. Cancellation is generally prospective, and access may continue through the paid period unless the product or provider states otherwise.

Suspension by Mohuls

Mohuls may suspend accounts, publishing, AI jobs or specific connections for non-payment, material breach, suspected compromise, abusive load, provider demand, legal process or an urgent risk to people or systems.

Effect of termination

Your license to use ReachFlow ends. Accrued payment obligations and provisions intended to survive remain effective. Connected providers may continue holding content already sent to them.

Risk allocation

Warranties, liability and indemnity

These provisions allocate risks that neither party can fully eliminate, including AI uncertainty, platform decisions, internet failures and user-directed publication.

Disclaimers

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ReachFlow is provided “as is” and “as available.” Mohuls disclaims implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title and non-infringement. We do not warrant uninterrupted or error-free operation, any specific audience reach or business result, acceptance by a connected provider, the accuracy or uniqueness of AI output, or that every harmful use can be detected or prevented.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, neither Mohuls nor its affiliates, officers, employees or suppliers will be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary or punitive damages, or loss of profit, revenue, goodwill, opportunity, audience, content or data, arising from ReachFlow. Mohuls’ aggregate liability for claims relating to ReachFlow will not exceed the fees you paid for ReachFlow during the twelve months before the event giving rise to the claim.

Indemnity

To the extent permitted by law, you will defend, indemnify and hold harmless Mohuls and its personnel from third-party claims, losses and reasonable costs arising from your content, your connected accounts or custom endpoint, your breach of these terms or provider rules, or your violation of another person’s rights. Mohuls will provide reasonable notice and cooperation, and you may not settle a claim in a way that admits fault by or imposes obligations on Mohuls without written consent.

The exclusions and caps above do not apply where prohibited by law, and do not limit liability that cannot legally be limited, including liability arising from fraud or willful misconduct where applicable.

Governing law and courts

Unless mandatory law requires otherwise, these terms are governed by the laws of Bangladesh, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Courts of competent jurisdiction in Bangladesh will have jurisdiction over disputes that are not resolved informally.

Informal resolution

Before filing a formal claim, send a written description of the dispute and requested resolution. The parties will try in good faith to resolve it for at least 30 days, unless urgent injunctive relief or a limitation period makes that impractical.

Changes to these terms

Mohuls may update these terms prospectively. The effective date will be revised, and material changes may also be announced in ReachFlow or by another reasonable channel. Continued use after an effective change constitutes acceptance where permitted by law.

General provisions

A failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver. If a provision is unenforceable, the remainder continues. You may not assign these terms without Mohuls’ consent; Mohuls may assign them with a merger, reorganization, financing or transfer of the relevant business, subject to applicable law.
