What Profile Security covers
Profile Security keeps personal account details, password changes, and device-session review close to the user. It is the operational finish line for individual workspace hygiene.
Teams can update profile information, rotate passwords, inspect current sessions, log out from individual devices, or revoke every other active session when security needs immediate cleanup.
- 1Update profile details when identity information changes.
- 2Rotate the password when credentials need refreshing.
- 3Review the active device list and remove sessions that should no longer stay trusted.
- 4Use revoke-all-others when a full session reset is safer than checking devices one by one.
Password updates
Password changes happen in-page so users can secure their account without leaving the workspace context.
Session controls
Session controls show the current device and other active logins, which makes it easier to clean up old or unfamiliar access quickly.
Use a full session reset when trust is unclear
If a user is unsure which device still has access, revoking every other session is usually safer than trying to guess.
