Before you start

Gather your pharmacy name, address, phone number, support email, logo, delivery information, payment options, and first product list.

It is easier to finish setup when the store owner and staff agree on categories, stock rules, and order handling responsibilities first.

  • Business information is ready.
  • Logo and brand colors are available.
  • First product list is prepared.

Add pharmacy information

Open the admin dashboard and add your pharmacy name, address, and customer support details.

This information helps customers recognize the store and gives staff a reliable reference for order communication.

Upload logo and branding

Upload a clear logo and choose simple branding that matches your pharmacy.

Keep branding readable on mobile because many customers will browse and order from phones.

Create product categories

Create categories for the main product groups your customers search for most often.

Common examples include medicines, vitamins, supplements, personal care, wellness, beauty, devices, and lab-related products.

Add your first medicine product

Add the product name, description, price, image, category, and availability status.

Start with a few important products first so your team can review the workflow before uploading a large catalog.

Configure stock availability

Set each product as in stock, out of stock, inactive, or discontinued based on your current inventory.

Review stock before going live so customers do not order unavailable products.

Start with high-demand products

Testing setup with popular products helps your team find catalog and stock issues faster.

Test the customer ordering flow

Open the storefront, browse a category, add a product to cart, and place a test order.

Then check the admin dashboard to confirm the order appears with the expected details.

Go live

After the store information, catalog, stock, and order flow are reviewed, your MediFlow store is ready for customers.

Keep monitoring new orders and product availability during the first few days after launch.
